New World Halswell is seeking a customer-focused team member for our Seafood Department. You will help deliver an exceptional shopping experience, assist with product presentation, packing, labeling, and ensure food safety. A supportive team will train you to handle daily tasks with care.

New World Halswell is locally owned and operated with a reputation for an extensive range of quality seafood.

We are a large Supermarket located in a competitive area and we need innovative and customer-focused team members to join our Seafood Department. As a member of our team, your primary focus will be on delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers have access to a wide variety of quality seafood products.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service and building rapport with customers

Previous experience in customer service or the food industry is preferred, but not required as full training will be provided.

The hours for the role are:

• Friday 4.00pm-8.00pm
• Saturday 7.00am-1.00pm
