Job summary

CGR Services in Auckland seeks a Product Specialist to provide technical leadership across RTU, SCADA and Data Acquisition portfolios, becoming a trusted advisor to utility customers.

You will work with customers, consultants and engineers through solution design, implementation, commissioning and ongoing support, building relationships and ensuring solutions meet technical and operational requirements.

Qualifications

• Experience engaging with utility customers to define and deliver technical solutions.
• Proven ability to present complex concepts clearly to varied audiences.
• Experience with engineering design, commissioning and ongoing support of industrial automation systems.

Responsibilities

• Act as SME for RTU, SCADA and data acquisition solutions.
• Provide technical advice and solution recommendations to customers.
• Deliver technical presentations, demos and workshops.
• Assist design, specification and implementation activities for solutions.
• Support commissioning and configuration of RTU, gateway and SCADA systems.
• Provide guidance on communications, networking and cybersecurity requirements.
• Collaborate with commercial teams to support customer opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships built on trust and technical credibility.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry standards.
