Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in industrial automation.
• Experience in manufacturing FMCG or dairy operations desirable.
• Siemens PLCs, Wonderware, HMI/SCADA expertise required.

Responsibilities

• Lead or participate in automation and engineering projects.
• Maintain and update the automation asset register.
• Ensure integration of automation equipment into the maintenance system.
• Review and update preventative maintenance schedules and job cards.
• Perform routine automation backups and verify them.
• Provide technical support during major equipment breakdowns.
• Manage automation-related spare parts and inventory.
• Lead RCA investigations and drive corrective actions.
• Conduct automation/network audits and implement improvements.
