Job summary

The MINDS Satellite Hub Assistant Manager will lead and oversee the design, planning and execution of programmes to serve clients across the cluster. You will manage risk and quality, monitor expenses within budget, and collaborate with community partners and volunteers to develop inclusive engagement plans for clients and the broader community.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant discipline (e.g. Special Education, Disability Studies, Social Work, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy).
• At least 3 years of relevant leadership experience will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedules and programmes to suit client needs.
• Manage and supervise the Satellite Hub operations in line with MINDS' vision and objectives.
• Review programmes for relevance and effectiveness to meet future client needs.
• Implement, review and evaluate work processes for smooth SH operations.
• Improve documentation and tracking of clients, programmes and services to improve KPIs and governance.
• Strategise, plan and implement outreach initiatives to clients, volunteers and community partners.
