Job summary

Open Sky Community Services is seeking an Assistant Program Director to provide clinical oversight to the integrated team and directly supervise Clinicians and Substance Abuse Counselors. They ensure timely Screening (Critical Needs Assessment), Enrollment, and completion of Comprehensive Assessments and other clinical updates.

The role demands leadership in developing strategic plans, implementing evidence-based practices, and supporting the Quality Improvement process with Integrated Teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree required with licensure as LICSW, LCSW, LMHC or LADAC I or license eligible.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in human service management is required.
• Strong leadership, time-management and communication skills required.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical oversight to the integrated team and supervise Clinicians and Substance Abuse Counselors.
• Ensure timely Screening, Enrollment, and comprehensive assessments and updates.
• Develop and implement strategic plans with evidence-based practices and clinical approaches.
• Direct intervention to conduct assessments, treatment plans, and clinical interventions.
• Participate in Quality Improvement processes and business planning with Integrated Teams.
