About the Role:

Our Sample Processing Operators are responsible for processing the herd test milk samples using automated equipment. The results of tests are delivered back to our clients, so accuracy and efficiency is paramount in the role.

At LIC, we’re looking for motivated people to join our Herd Testing team as Sample Processing Operators. No experience? No problem. This is an entry-level role with full training provided, so all you need is a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a great work ethic.

This is a seasonal position, working until May 2027. Please note: During our peak season (Oct to mid May) you will need to be able to work rotational shifts. This will mean Saturday and evening work.
