Job summary

Accenture New Zealand seeks a Salesforce Agentforce Consultant and Service Designer to support AI transformation programs. You will design AI-powered customer journeys and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

You'll lead workshops, design workflows, and create artefacts while working with product owners, developers, and AI teams to deliver integrated solutions. International applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience across Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud).
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience in solution design, business analysis, or consulting.

About The Role

We are building a pipeline of talented Salesforce Agentforce Consultants and Service Designers to support upcoming opportunities across our Salesforce and AI transformation programs.

What You’ll Do

• Design and deliver AI-powered Agentforce solutions and customer journeys
• Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solution designs
• Lead journey mapping and process design workshops, shaping customer experience outcomes
• Design AI workflows, prompts, and conversational experiences
• Create key delivery artefacts (process maps, user stories, high-level designs)
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, and AI teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Support testing, UAT, and ongoing optimisation of deployed solutions
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to successful project delivery

What We’re Looking For

• Experience working across Salesforce platforms (Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Experience in solution design, business analysis, or consulting roles
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, scalable solutions
• Understanding or exposure to AI / GenAI / LLM concepts

Nice to Have

• Experience with Agentforce, conversational design, or AI assistants
• Financial Services industry experience
• Knowledge of integrations (e.g. MuleSoft, ETL tools)
• Experience with SQL, JavaScript, or HTML
• Salesforce certifications
