Job summary

Speedy Signs in Auckland is seeking an experienced Sales Account Manager to bring signage and branding projects from concept to installation. You will land new customers, nurture key accounts and drive projects to timely completion.

The role requires strong relationship-building, on-site measurement skills, and the ability to read briefs and drawings. You will collaborate with designers, fabricators and installers to deliver outstanding results for NZ brands.

Qualifications

• Experience in selling signage or related B2B services.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and projects end-to-end.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented with good admin and scheduling abilities.
• Comfort with on-site customer meetings and measurements.

We're looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to help bring our customers signage and branding projects to life. This is a dynamic role for a proactive salesperson who loves landing new customers, nurturing key accounts and seeing projects through from concept to installation.

Key responsibilities

Actively develop new business while building strong relationships with existing customers

Meet customers on-site to take accurate measurements, assess installation requirements and specify the right print, display or structural signage solutions

Interpret customer briefs and architectural drawings, calculate material costs and generate accurate, competitive quotes

Process jobs into the system with clear production specs, liaising directly with designers, fabricators and installers to ensure flawless, on-time delivery

About you

Understand sign construction, material selection and large format digital print processes

Confident pitching, negotiating and turning enquiries and leads into profitable jobs

Detail-oriented and organised with tight administrative processing

Excellent computer literacy and the ability to adapt to industry-specific software

Clear communicator who works seamlessly with customers, production teams and external trade contractors under tight deadlines

Must be a permanent New Zealand resident or hold a valid New Zealand work visa

Must have a current full New Zealand Drivers Licence

Bonus: Ability to read architectural or site plans or a background in graphic design
