Job summary

The Warehouse Group seeks a Sales Support 2IC to assist the Sales Support Manager in leading the front-of-house team at our Kaitaia store. You will manage customer-critical processes and support back-of-house operations to ensure timely completion of daily administrative tasks.

Ideal candidates have substantial retail experience in large-scale environments, strong leadership, and excellent written and verbal communication.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a retail setting, preferably large-scale/big-box.
• Strong customer service orientation and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Sales Support team at front of house.
• Support back-of-house operations and internal audits as required.
• Co-ordinate daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth store operations.
