As our Sales Support Manager in this store, you'll be at the heart of our mission to provide top-notch customer service and drive business success.

As a vital member of our store management crew your role will be crucial in keeping our operations at the front end of the store running smoothly from overseeing checkouts to ensuring loss prevention measures are in place. In short you are the glue that holds it all together.

Note ideally we need someone that has big box retail experience, that has managed teams previously.

To be successful in this role, you'll need to be a self-driven, confident leader with excellent communication skills and a proven track record of delivering high levels of performance through your team.

You also need to have a good understanding of cash and checkout procedures, as well as product services, and be able to interpret and execute plans effectively.
