Job summary

The Warehouse Group in Kaitaia is seeking a self-motivated Sales Support 2IC / Loss Prevention Officer for a part-time permanent role.

You will assist the Sales Support Manager, lead the team for front-of-house customer processes, support back-of-house operations, and help ensure audit requirements and daily administration are completed, with a focus on delivering great customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Strong focus on customer service and a passion for retail.
• Experience leading and developing a sales team in a large store.
• Experience in a large-scale, big-box environment preferred.
