Job summary

LivSpace in Auckland is seeking a highly organised Administrator to support the Flooring sales and Kitchen Design team in St Johns. You will handle accurate ordering, invoicing, product enquiries, and quotations while maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation and service.

The ideal candidate has experience in a similar admin role, excels in data entry and Excel, and communicates warmly with customers, suppliers, and staff.

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
• Experience in flooring or kitchens admin is beneficial.
• Strong data entry and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to Flooring sales and Kitchen Design teams.
• Handle ordering, invoicing, quotations, and showroom presentation.
• Act as central contact for customers, suppliers, contractors and internal staff.
