• Experience in sales, customer service, kitchen/wardrobe design or a related industry.
• The ability to read and interpret residential floor plans and measurements.
• Strong numerical ability and attention to detail.
• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn design, CRM and business software.
• Strong organisational and time‑management skills.
• The ability to manage multiple customers and projects at different stages.
• A practical and solutions‑focused approach to problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Manage allocated customer enquiries from initial contact through to acceptance.
• Understand customer needs, budget, priorities and timeframes to develop appropriate solutions.
• Provide professional product and design advice, present quotations and maintain proactive customer communication.
• Follow up quotations in accordance with the agreed sales process and identify upselling opportunities.
• Review plans, measurements, specifications and customer requirements to develop wardrobe, storage and laundry solutions.
• Ensure designs comply with company design standards, product specifications and installation requirements.
• Maintain an accurate and active pipeline of allocated enquiries and quotations.
• Ensure opportunities have current CRM notes, status and clear next actions.
• Collaborate with Scheduling, CAD, Operations, Production and Installation to support project delivery.
