Job summary

LivSpace in Auckland is seeking a highly organised Administrator to join the Flooring sales and Kitchen Design team in St Johns. You will provide vital administrative and customer service support, handling ordering, invoicing, product enquiries, and quotations while maintaining a high standard of showroom presentation.

• Experience in a similar administrative role within flooring or kitchens is preferred.
• Interest in interior design is a plus and could lead to a kitchen designer pathway.
• Strong team attitude with a proactive, can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and customer service support to Flooring sales and Kitchen Design teams.
• Handle ordering and invoicing accurately, assist customers with product enquiries and quotations.
• Maintain a high standard of showroom presentation and service.
• Serve as a central contact for customers, suppliers, contractors and internal staff.
