Job summary

Ray White Five AM is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to lead and support our high-performing sales team across multiple offices. The role combines hands-on coaching with strategic leadership to drive growth and sales excellence.

You will work with branch managers and the leadership group to execute company objectives, foster engagement, and ensure compliance with REAA standards while shaping a winning sales culture across the network.

Qualifications

• Experience in real estate sales with leadership responsibilities.
• Ability to coach and mentor sales staff to achieve targets.
• Proven track record in driving sales performance and culture.

Responsibilities

Ray White Five AM comprises the flagship Howick office, Half Moon Bay Marina, Botany Town Centre, Flatbush, Pakuranga and Beachlands, all combined to create an award-winning team of over 140 salespeople. The group consistently performs in the top 5 of Ray White offices nationwide.

Due to expansion, an opportunity has become available for an enthusiastic and energised property professional to take on the exciting role of Sales Manager to support our team of Branch Managers.

Primarily the role will sit in our high performing Flatbush office, which has undergone substantial growth. However the position will be varied, across our entire group and will be responsible for managing, supporting, and driving our sales team towards further success.

The role will include, but not limited to

• On-the-ground & practical assistance to our sales team.
• Working alongside the branch managers and wider leadership team to drive company objectives and performance
• Encouraging, training, and supervising all salespeople
• Assisting with the compliance and best practice
• Sales team engagement and culture
• Meeting REAA requirements in supervision and sales excellence
• General assistance with the smooth running of the team network
