Job summary

Food Trailer Co. is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to join our Christchurch team. This part-time role (25–30 hours per week) focuses on delivering exceptional customer service from first enquiry to handover, while supporting sales processes and site operations.

You will respond to inquiries, build relationships, prepare quotes, manage CRM, and assist with marketing and website updates as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-focused roles is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

We're looking for a Sales & Customer Success Coordinator who genuinely enjoys helping people, is highly organised, and takes pride in creating a great customer experience. From answering the first enquiry to handing over the keys, you'll play an important role in delivering an outstanding customer experience.

This is a part-time position (25–30 hours per week), with the opportunity to increase to full-time as the business continues to grow.

What you’ll be doing:

• Responding to sales enquiries via phone, email, website and social media
• Following up leads and building strong customer relationships
• Preparing quotes, invoices and sales documentation
• Managing and maintaining our CRM
• Booking showroom appointments and trailer handovers
• Keeping customers updated throughout their build journey
• Providing exceptional after-sales support
• Coordinating with our workshop team to ensure smooth production and delivery
• Updating and maintaining our website and online trailer listings
• Assisting with marketing activities, including creating content for social media
• Responding to social media messages and online enquiries
• General administration and office support
• Identifying opportunities to improve our customer experience and internal processes

About you:
