Food Trailer Co. is seeking a Sales & Customer Success Coordinator to join our Christchurch team. This part-time role (25–30 hours per week) focuses on delivering exceptional customer service from first enquiry to handover, while supporting sales processes and site operations.

You will respond to inquiries, build relationships, prepare quotes, manage CRM, and assist with marketing and website updates as the business grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-focused roles is advantageous.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Responding to sales enquiries via phone, email, website and social media.
• Follow up leads and build strong customer relationships.
• Prepare quotes, invoices and sales documentation.
• Maintain CRM and update customers throughout the build journey.
• Coordinate with workshop team to ensure smooth production and delivery.
