Job summary

Mum 2 Mum in New Zealand is seeking a Sales & Customer Specialist to support and grow our existing customer base from our Te Rapa office in Hamilton. You will nurture relationships and identify opportunities to expand within our established accounts across NZ and Australia.

You will be the main contact for customers, providing outstanding service by phone and email, and collaborating with warehouse and admin teams to ensure a great customer experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in account management, customer service, internal sales, or sales support.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focused Sales & Customer Specialist to join our team.

This role is centred on supporting and growing our existing customer base, which makes up the majority of our business, while identifying opportunities to introduce our products to our customers across New Zealand and Australia.

Job Description

Based at our Te Rapa office and warehouse, you'll be the main point of contact for many of our valued customers, ensuring they receive excellent service while helping grow sales across our established accounts.

While there is an opportunity to develop new business, this role is primarily focused on nurturing existing customer relationships and identifying opportunities to expand within our current customer base.

Your responsibilities will include:

Qualifications

You'll enjoy working with people and take pride in building strong, lasting customer relationships.

Ideally you'll have:

• Experience in account management, customer service, internal sales, or sales support
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A proactive approach and the ability to work independently
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Confidence using CRM systems and Microsoft Office
• A positive, team-focused attitude and willingness to help where needed

Experience within the early childhood sector would be an advantage, but it's certainly not essential. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, great people skills, and a willingness to learn.
