Baby Bunting in Christchurch is seeking a Retail Sales Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service to new and expectant parents. This permanent part-time role offers a rotating roster, the chance to learn about nursery products, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• High Standards in customer service and store presentation.
• Proficient in calming irate customers and resolving issues with empathy and professionalism.
• Physical Requirements: Able to lift up to 15kgs between floor and shoulder, 10kgs above shoulder height. Ability to wear a headset to communicate with the team on the shop floor. Stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.

RSA 1: Saturday 10:30am - 4:30pm
RSA 2: Monday 8:30am–2:00pm | Tuesday 9:00am–2:30pm | Friday 10:00am–3:30pm | Sunday 11:00am–4:30pm
