Canon New Zealand is seeking a proactive sales associate to help grow our customer base in Auckland. You will connect with prospective clients, generate appointments, and support the sales team to build a strong pipeline.

No extensive sales background is required; a positive attitude, energy, and willingness to learn are valued. You will learn our products, engage with customers, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver a professional and positive experience.

Are you ready to grow your career with a global brand and learn the foundations of successful sales? Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager in Auckland, you'll help create new business opportunities by connecting with prospective customers, generating appointments and supporting sales growth. No extensive sales background is required. We're looking for someone with the right attitude, strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.

Scope of the role includes:

• Research companies and uncover business needs
• Develop customer relationships through proactive outreach
• Schedule customer meetings
• Meet with customers to understand their business and identify opportunities
• Build a strong sales pipeline
• Maintain accurate records in Salesforce
• Promote Canon's products, services and solutions

• Deliver a professional and positive customer experience in every interaction
• Participate in ongoing coaching, training and development

You're someone who enjoys talking to people and building relationships. You bring energy, curiosity, confidence and an interest in understanding customer needs. You're eager to learn, open to feedback and motivated to grow your skills and career.
