Qualifications

• Two years' experience in retail or customer service, preferably with high-end products.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and deliver personalised service.
• Professional and rapport-building communication with customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting pieces and creating a memorable shopping experience.
• Work towards sales targets and contribute to the store's daily operations.
• Support merchandising, stock checks and in-store promotions.

The Position

A part time opportunity has come up to join our team of people of people who share a love of textiles, furniture and great design. You'll bring your people skills, creative eye and natural sales ability to the role, helping customers find the right pieces for their homes while creating an experience they'll want to come back for.

You'll also play an important part in supporting the overall success of the store, working towards sales targets and making sure the day to day operations are running as they should.

The Successful CandidateIdeally, you will have two years' experience working in a retail or customer service environment, preferably with high-end products, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Complimenting this will be your passion for delivering a personalised customer experience with each interaction. You will need to be someone who is highly professional with the ability to build rapport and raise brand awareness with ease.

The part time hours we have available are Fridays and Saturdays, 9.45am - 4pm. 11.5 hours total.

The successful candidate will be flexible to pick up additional shifts as and when required.

Please note there will be occasional heavy lifting involved in this role.
