Job summary

Goals Group Limited – Arrowtown is seeking a friendly and reliable part-time Retail Sales Assistant to join a close-knit team in a fashion-focused store. You will help create a welcoming in-store experience, assist customers in finding pieces they love, and support daily store operations with a flexible weekend schedule.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year of retail or customer service experience, a genuine interest in fashion and activewear, and are NZ residents or hold a valid NZ work visa.

What you'll be doing

• Creating a welcoming and positive in-store experience for our customers

• Helping customers find pieces they love and feel confident in

• Supporting day-to-day store operations as part of a small, passionate team

The role

• 16+ hours per week

• Saturday/Sunday position (with the option to work Mondays)

• Extra hours will be available during school holidays and public holidays

About you

• Friendly, confident, and great with people

• Reliable and flexible with availability

• At least 1 year retail or customer service experience

• A genuine interest in fashion and activewear

• You are a NZ Resident or have a valid NZ Work Visa.
