Job summary

Buckinghams is seeking a passionate retailer to join the team for the summer season in Arrowtown, New Zealand. You will support the Management team in driving sales, maintaining operational excellence and ensuring the store runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis.

Applicants should demonstrate excellent customer service, a team-oriented attitude and a willingness to meet or exceed sales targets. Full availability is required, 5 days a week, 9:30am–6:00pm, including weekends.

The Role:

We are looking for a passionate and driven retailer to join our team over the summer season. You will support the Management team in driving sales, operational excellence and play an integral part in the store’s success and day to day running.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• A commitment to provide excellent customer service and unforgettable shopping experience
• The ability to work well within a team environment
• Self-motivated and willingness in meeting/exceeding sales targets
• Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
• Full availability to work 5 days per week (Between 9.30am - 6.00pm week days, including weekends)
• Demonstrated customer service experience (Previous customer service experience preferable, however full training is provided)
