Job summary

Kitchen Experts is a Auckland-based manufacturer of custom kitchens, wardrobes, laundries, vanities, and commercial cabinetry. They are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to expand their customer base across Auckland.

The role focuses on field-based new business development, relationship building with industry professionals, and converting leads into confirmed projects. Competitive base salary plus performance incentives and a company vehicle are provided.

Qualifications

• Sales experience in NZ kitchen/cabinetry/building supply industries.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of cabinetry products and residential/commercial projects.
• Ability to read plans and prepare preliminary estimates.
• Experience using CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business opportunities through networking, referrals, CRM, and industry lead platforms.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, architects, designers, developers, and other industry professionals.
• Meet clients to understand cabinetry requirements and recommend solutions.
• Prepare preliminary project estimates and coordinate with design team.
• Manage enquiries from initial contact through project confirmation.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Achieve agreed sales targets while representing Kitchen Experts professionally.

About you

• Sales experience in the New Zealand kitchen, cabinetry, joinery, construction, or building supply industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Good understanding of cabinetry products and residential/commercial projects.
• Ability to read plans and prepare preliminary estimates.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Self-motivated, organised, and able to work independently.
• Full New Zealand driver's licence.
