Job summary

Nelson Central School is seeking a professional, highly skilled NZ-registered teacher to join the Nelson Bays RTLB Service. The role focuses on supporting diverse learners in inclusive settings across cluster schools in the Nelson/Tasman region.

The successful appointee will collaborate with teachers, whanau, and other professionals, undertake the postgraduate RTLB study, and commit to Government priorities.

• NZ-registered teacher with proven skills in supporting diverse learners.
• Ability to work in inclusive environments and collaboratively with professionals.
• Willingness to undertake the postgraduate RTLB study.

Responsibilities

• Support schools, teachers, diverse learners and whanau.
• Collaborate with other professionals across Nelson/Tasman communities.
• Work across Cluster Schools in Nelson and Tasman regions.
• Commit to all current Government priorities.
• Starting late January 2027.
