ahs hospitality New Zealand is seeking Room Attendants for Queenstown on a part-time basis. The role offers a competitive hourly rate of NZD 26–27 and a 30-hour workweek in a hospitality-focused environment.

Responsabilités

• Completing allocated rooms within the allocated time
• Replenishing and controlling guest supplies and amenities
• Preparing each room to the required standard
• Rotating and replacing room items per requirements
• Reporting missing items from guest rooms
• Presenting guest rooms to hotel standards
• Providing buddy training when directed by the manager or supervisor
• Following company policies and procedure manuals
• Reporting maintenance required in rooms

We are seeking 40 Housekeepers / Room Attendants to join our teams working in Queenstown.

Key Responsibilities

• Completing allocated rooms within the allocated time
• Replenishing and controlling guest supplies and amenities, including bathroom amenities, mini bar, towels and linen
• Preparing each room to the required standard
• Rotating and replacing room items in accordance with set requirements, such as mattress protectors, bedspreads and pillows
• Reporting missing items from guest rooms, such as kettles, cups, glasses, irons and hangers
• Presenting guest rooms to hotel standards
• Providing buddy training when directed by the manager or supervisor
• Following company policies and procedure manuals
• Reporting maintenance required in rooms
