Job summary

La Zeppa at Cook Brothers Bars in Auckland is seeking an energetic Bartender for a part-time, permanent role. You will join a dynamic rooftop venue and have opportunities for leadership growth within Cook Brothers Hospitality Group.

Responsibilities include greeting guests, crafting drinks, managing bar operations, promoting sales, handling payments, and maintaining a clean, efficient service area with the support of the duty manager.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and create warm, memorable experiences.
• Prepare and serve cocktails, beers, wines, coffees, and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Operate the bar during service, including setup, restocking, and pack-down.
• Follow opening and closing procedures with accuracy.
• Promote products, upsell, and support venue sales targets.
• Handle payments and POS transactions.
• Maintain bar cleanliness, washing glassware, tapping kegs and rotating stock.
• Support the duty manager and wider team as required.
