Job summary

QT Rooftop Auckland, part of EVT Limited, seeks a Cocktail Bartender for the summer season. This part-time role offers a minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week, perfect for maximizing the busy summer period. If you excel at cocktails and enjoy a vibrant rooftop atmosphere, we want to talk.

Shake, serve and ensure guests have a memorable experience while maintaining high standards of service and presentation.

Qualifications

• Proven cocktail-making skills with strong presentation.
• Warm, attentive guest service and ability to read the room.
• Current LCQ/Manager's Certificate (or willingness to obtain one) required.

Responsibilities

• Shake, stir and serve cocktails to QT standard.
• Deliver warm, attentive service to Rooftop guests.
• Maintain knowledge of drinks and food menu to guide guests.
• Keep section stocked, clean and ready for service, handle opening/closing duties.
• Process payments accurately and follow RSA policies.
• Participate in trainings and support other outlets when required.
