Job summary

La Zeppa, Auckland's iconic rooftop venue, is seeking a part-time, permanent bartender to join the bar team. You’ll work in a fast-paced, vibrant setting with real pathways into leadership within Cook Brothers Hospitality Group.

Responsibilities

• Greeting and engaging guests to create warm, memorable experiences
• Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines, coffees, mixed drinks and non-alcoholic beverages
• Operating the bar during service, including setup, restocking, and pack-down
• Following opening and closing procedures with accuracy
• Promoting products, upselling, and supporting venue sales targets
• Handling payments and POS transactions
• Maintaining bar cleanliness, washing glassware, tapping kegs and rotating stock
• Supporting the duty manager and wider team as required

Join the bar team at one of Auckland’s most iconic rooftop venues, La Zeppa. We’re on the lookout for an energetic, skilled Bartender to join our team in a part‑time, permanent role.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of the La Zeppa crew, you’ll help keep our venue pumping. Your responsibilities include:

• Greeting and engaging guests to create warm, memorable experiences
• Preparing and serving cocktails, beers, wines, coffees, mixed drinks and non‑alcoholic beverages
• Operating the bar during service, including setup, restocking, and pack‑down
• Following opening and closing procedures with accuracy
• Promoting products, upselling, and supporting venue sales targets
• Handling payments and POS transactions
• Maintaining bar cleanliness, washing glassware, tapping kegs and rotating stock
• Supporting the duty manager and wider team as required
