QT Rooftop Auckland is seeking a skilled cocktail bartender for the summer season. This part-time role requires a minimum of 30 hours per week, offering a vibrant rooftop setting with strong guest interaction and craft-focused service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a cocktail bartender in premium bars or hotels.
• Strong cocktail knowledge and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with guests and maintain focus on craft.

Responsibilities

• Shake, stir and serve cocktails to QT standard.
• Deliver warm, attentive service to Rooftop guests.
• Maintain full drinks and food menu knowledge and provide recommendations.
• Keep section stocked, clean, and guest-ready; perform opening/closing duties.
• Handle payments, follow RSA policies, maintain bar equipment.
• Participate in training and assist other outlets when required.
