Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience in construction management or operations.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and project management.
• Leadership experience with construction teams.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to visit multiple job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operational activities across roofing services.
