Qualifications

• Experience in road maintenance, civil construction, plant operation, or related field-based work.
• Relevant licences and endorsements suited to Grader Driver or Cyclic Crew.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of road maintenance and operational work across the local network.
• Carry out cyclic maintenance, response work, and general road upkeep safely and to a high standard.
• Operate a grader where required or contribute to hand‑on field activities as part of the Cyclic Crew.
• Follow Fulton Hogan systems, client requirements, and site safety expectations at all times.
• Work as part of a team focused on keeping communities connected and the network safe for road users.
