Fulton Hogan in Gore is seeking an experienced Grader Driver to join our road maintenance team. You will operate a grader across local network works, deliver planned maintenance, and support safety and quality on site.

This hands-on role requires proven grader experience, appropriate licences, and a team-focused mindset. You’ll be part of a collaborative crew dedicated to keeping roads safe, reliable, and well maintained for the community.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a grader in road maintenance, civil, or infrastructure environments.
• The relevant class licences, endorsements, and confidence operating heavy plant.
• A strong commitment to safety, quality, and doing the job right first time.
• A reliable, team-focused approach and the ability to work well with others on site.
• Good judgement, initiative, and a willingness to pitch in where needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a grader safely and efficiently across road maintenance activities.
• Deliver planned maintenance, response work, and general network upkeep to a high standard.
• Complete daily checks and basic care of plant and equipment.
• Work closely with the wider crew to meet programme, quality, and safety expectations.
• Follow site procedures, traffic management requirements, and Fulton Hogan safety standards at all times.
