Fulton Hogan is seeking a Cyclic Operator on the West Coast of New Zealand to join a hands-on crew delivering essential road maintenance across the West Coast network. This outdoor role requires teamwork, safety-first thinking, and the ability to adapt to changing conditions to keep roads safe and reliable for communities.

Responsibilities include road inspections, maintenance activities, responding to emergencies, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in road maintenance or cyclic operations is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work safely in outdoor conditions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete road inspections and required maintenance activities across the network.
• Promptly respond to emergency events and provide high-quality service to the community.
• Represent the contract professionally in public settings.
• Maintain accurate records and reporting with attention to detail.
• Perform general maintenance tasks as required.
• Collaborate with the crew to deliver quality outcomes for customers.
