Fulton Hogan Ltd in Gore seeks a skilled Grader Driver to maintain roads under the Gore Road Maintenance contract. You’ll operate a grader daily, support safety and quality, and contribute to reliable network performance with your practical, hands-on approach.

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating a grader in road maintenance or civil projects.
• Valid class licences/endorsements for heavy plant.

Responsibilities

• Operate a grader safely and efficiently across road maintenance activities.
• Deliver planned maintenance, response work, and general network upkeep to a high standard.
• Complete daily checks and basic care of plant and equipment.
• Work closely with the wider crew to meet programme, quality, and safety expectations.
• Follow site procedures, traffic management requirements, and Fulton Hogan safety standards at all times.

A reliable, team-focused approach and the ability to work well with others on site. Good judgement, initiative, and a willingness to pitch in where needed.
