Job summary

Mars is hiring a Strategic Revenue Management Leader to shape pricing, trade investment, and portfolio performance for the Mars Pet Nutrition segment in Auckland. Qualifications

• Degree-qualified with strong analytical and commercial foundations; FMCG/consumer goods preferred.
• Proven pricing expertise: pricing strategy, analysis and in-market implementation.
• Strong commercial, financial and P&L understanding with growth/efficiency focus.
• Strategic thinker who turns insights into action and engages senior leaders clearly.
• Collaborative influencer with cross-functional partnerships and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead the creation of the trade promotional investment budgets to deliver the overall business growth strategy.
• Support Local market Pricing Council, including integration and coordination of fact-based recommendations and measure alignment to strategy.
• Support the execution, planning and management of agreed Pricing Strategy for the Brand/Portfolio.
• Drive Mix for Growth by optimizing portfolio Product Mix plans with consumer, customer/channel and financial performance in setting annual mix targets.
