Summerset Retirement Villages in Cambridge is seeking an experienced, people-first Manager to lead our vibrant village. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, drive financial performance, and ensure a first-class resident experience, supported by a dedicated Care Centre Manager.

Formación

• Experience in operational or branch management with full P&L responsibility.
• Proven track record leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and empathetic leadership.
• Comfort handling staffing, budgets and planning.
• Calm, solutions-focused approach with residents and families.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily village operations with focus on quality, safety, and resident satisfaction.
• Manage financial performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Lead, coach and develop the team across functions.
• Create a strong community and culture for residents and staff.
• Support delivery of strategic goals and compliance standards.
• Represent the Summerset brand in the local community.
