Job summary

Bargain Chemist is seeking a part-time Retail Supervisor for our Te Awamutu store. You will supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and help drive store performance in a friendly community-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Retail and supervisory experience.
• Experience in pharmacy/health products or fragrance/cosmetics is preferred but not essential.
• Dedication to customer service and sales.
• Leadership skills to train and inspire staff.
• A positive attitude, the ability to think on your feet and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Addressing customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring an outstanding shopping experience.
• Supervising and training staff to achieve high levels of customer service across the store.
• Monitoring and driving sales to meet targets.
• Ensure the store is merchandised and displayed to company standards.
• Managing stock levels by ordering the required stock, working with your Inventory Administrator and effectively resolving any discrepancies.
• Interacting with suppliers, reps and other people that contribute to the growth of our business.
