Job summary

Four Square Queenstown is seeking a capable Retail Supervisor / Duty Manager to lead the team in a full-time permanent role. A Liquor Controller Qualification is required, with a General Manager's Certificate or at least six months experience and the ability to obtain one within a year.

Role involves training and coordinating a team of checkout operators, stock ordering and presentation, and delivering outstanding customer service while upholding liquor legislation policies.

Retail Supervisor - Four Square Queenstown

Four Square Queenstown are looking for an exceptional full-time permanent Retail Supervisor / Duty Manager to lead our team.

To be considered for this role it is a requirement that you have your Liquor Controller Qualification. A current General Managers Certificate, or have at least six months experience, ability and skills to obtain one within a year of starting in this position.

You must be physically fit, as some heavy lifting is required, and be able to work rostered flexible hours including some weekends and public holidays.

Minimum 35 hours per week, pay rate range depending on level of experience, $27-$32 per hour

Our successful Retail Supervisor will have a passion for customer service, be highly motivated and reliable, able to learn new tasks/skills quickly, have excellent communication skills and refined team leadership abilities.

Duties include: training, leading and coordinating a team of checkout operators and store persons in line with store procedures, stock ordering and presentation, as well as providing outstanding, prompt customer service and upholding the sale of liquor legislation policies.
