Job summary

PAK’nSAVE Queenstown is looking for a capable supervisor to support the Customer Services Manager and ensure the store delivers an excellent shopping experience. You will supervise and train staff within a busy retail environment and drive customer service standards.

This full-time role (45 hours/week) requires a Liquor Controllers Certificate and a General Managers Certificate or eligibility to obtain them, plus NZ citizenship, residency, or a valid work visa.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising in busy retail or supermarket environment.
• Hold a valid Liquor Controllers Certificate and a General Managers Certificate or be eligible to obtain them.
• NZ Citizenship, NZ Residency, or valid NZ Work Visa.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management of the checkout area to ensure great service.
• Lead and train team members to meet customer service standards.
• Promote health and safety and food safety initiatives in the department.
• Ensure compliance for sale of age-restricted products.
