Number One Shoes + Hannahs in Silverdale, Auckland, part of Tahua Group, is looking for a proactive Key Holder to blend frontline customer service with leadership. You’ll help run daily store operations and ensure every customer has an EDGE experience.

Highlights include shifts on the floor, coaching junior staff, opening and closing, merchandising, cash handling, and adherence to health and safety. If you have a year of retail and a passion for people, you’ll fit right in.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail or customer-facing experience.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coach and support others.
• Reliability and trustworthiness with the ability to take ownership of store operations.
• A positive, energetic approach and genuine passion for delivering great customer experiences.

Responsabilités

• Deliver exceptional customer service each shift and promote add-on sales.
• Open and close the store, maintain security, and keep the store clean and well-presented.
• Lead shifts, allocate tasks, manage breaks, and help the team reach sales KPIs.
• Coach Sales Assistants and support new team members, recognizing great performance.
• Handle customer escalations and operational issues promptly.
