Job summary

Number One Shoes + Hannahs in Silverdale is hiring a Key Holder to lead shifts and ensure an Everyday Great Experience for customers. The role blends hands-on service with store leadership, opening/closing duties, and safeguarding store standards.

You will coach team members, support KPI achievement, and drive store operations with energy and a passion for fashion footwear. This is a part-time, on-site role with a dynamic retail team.

Qualifications

• At least one year in retail or customer-facing roles.
• At least one year of supervisory experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to coach others.

Responsibilities

• Customer Experience & Sales: deliver exceptional service, greet and assist customers, resolve queries, promote add-on sales, coach others on best practices.
• Store Operations & Standards: open/close the store, maintain security, ensure clean, presented, safe environment, merchandising and cash handling.
• Leadership & Shift Management: lead floor shifts, allocate tasks, manage breaks, support sales targets and KPIs.
• Team Development & Support: coach Sales Assistants, onboard new members, share best practices, recognise performance.
• Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: handle escalations and operational challenges promptly.
