Job summary

Petstock Bethlehem is seeking a friendly team member who loves pets and excels in customer service. You will help customers with product selection, complete sales, and keep the store looking fresh and well-stocked.

The role requires a passion for animals, some retail experience, and the ability to lift up to 20kg. Weekend and public holiday shifts may be required to support our busy periods.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment is preferred.
• Passion for animals and helping customers with pet care.
• Able to lift up to 20kg and handle physical tasks.
• Flexible to work weekends and public holidays.
• Strong rapport with customers and team members.

Responsibilities

A Peek Into Your Petstock Day

Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions. Through the knowledge you gain, you will inspire and educate customers on the best care and products for their pets. Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals. Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock. Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current. Contribute to a fun, supportive culture instore where the team loves coming to work each and every day. Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team.
