Job summary

Qualifications

• A passion for animals and delivering excellent customer service.
• Experience in a retail environment similar to Petstock.
• Demonstrated drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and teammates.
• Physically capable of lifting products up to 20kg.
• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service with memorable interactions.
• Educate customers on pet care and product selection based on knowledge.
• Process sales transactions and contribute to store sales goals.
• Maintain store presentation and ensure stock is displayed and replenished.

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions

• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals
