Job summary

Petstock Ashburton is seeking friendly team members who are passionate about pets and helping customers. You will deliver memorable service and complete sales transactions while maintaining a high standard of store presentation.

You should be physically fit to lift up to 20kg, have experience in retail, and be available for weekends and public holidays. The company supports leadership development and pet-health benefits.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service where you and your customer will have memorable, meaningful interactions.
• Complete memorable sales transactions, aiming to reach set store sales goals.
• Maintain a consistently high standard of store presentation while ensuring that new stock is promptly and accurately displayed whilst also ensuring we are replenishing our stock.
• Demonstrate initiative by actively keeping your knowledge up to date on pet care, products, and services current.
• Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in-store where the team loves coming to work each and every day.
• Strong safety mindset with commitment to create a culture of safety within your team.
