Responsibilities

• Lead Lotto NZs Retail Performance team spanning store management, retail product management and retail operations.
• Turn strategy into action with clear plans and measurable outcomes for retailers and customers.
• Use insights and data to identify opportunities, strengthen execution and deliver consistently strong retail results.
• Shape the future of Lotto NZ's retail network and how we meet changing customer and retailer needs.
• Foster high-performing teams with clarity, accountability, and empowerment.
• Collaborate across the organization to ensure retail perspectives are integrated into decisions.
