Foodstuffs North Island is seeking a senior analytics professional to turn data into practical business insights across Retail Optimisation, Workforce & Analytics, Demand Planning and Replenishment. You’ll influence decision-making at senior levels and partner with banner teams and store owners to drive store performance and labour productivity.
You’ll lead through influence rather than direct reports, mentoring analysts, advancing reporting frameworks, and shaping centralised services.
Qualifications
- Experience delivering performance-focused outcomes in complex retail or large-scale operational environments.
- Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
- Proven capability to lead analytical initiatives and improve business outcomes.
