Job summary

Mitre 10 is seeking an experienced Retail Manager to join our store leadership team in Napier/Hastings. You will lead Team Leaders and frontline staff across departments, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and ensuring profitability.

You will be highly visible on the shop floor, coaching teams, and maintaining retail standards while managing a roster that includes weekends and store openings/closings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Team Leaders and staff across departments.

• Ensure accountability and continuous improvement across store operations.
• Act as Stores Manager in the Branch Manager's absence.
