Job summary

You will inspire a welcoming store environment, deliver expert styling advice, and ensure operational excellence across daily activities. This full-time role requires flexibility to cover evenings, weekends and holidays, with extensive development opportunities and strong staff discounts.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high levels of customer service through styling advice and product knowledge.
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise department performance.
• Lead and motivate a team of Sales Advisors to achieve service and presentation standards.
• Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans.
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand alignment.
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Step into Store Manager role when required to maintain leadership continuity.
