H&M Group in Auckland, New Zealand, is seeking a Floor Manager to lead a passionate team and create memorable customer experiences on the shop floor.

You will analyse sales data with the Store Manager to optimise department performance, coach Sales Advisors, support recruitment, onboarding, and daily operations to uphold brand standards. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week, a 25% staff discount across all brands, clothing allowance, and development opportunities globally.

Responsabilités

• Deliver high-level customer service through styling advice and product knowledge
• Analyse sales data and collaborate with Store Manager to maximise performance
• Lead and motivate Sales Advisors to meet service and presentation standards
• Support recruitment, onboarding and training for new team members
• Identify and nurture future talent and contribute to development plans
• Oversee daily store operations ensuring efficiency and brand alignment
• Act as a brand ambassador delivering the best customer experience
• Step into Store Manager role when required to ensure leadership continuity
